All proceeds go to Heart of Love. This dress will only be available until February 5th, after which it will be discontinued, so pick it up now. :)

Marilyn

I felt like doing something a little different and silly this week. Marilyn is a satin halter dress with a draped neckline and a pleated skirt, available in Gold, White, Pink, and Periwinkle.

The skirt is scripted to blow up in the wind, like Marilyn Monroe in "The Seven Year Itch". Wear it like any dress, but step on the included scripted grate and woosh, up flies the skirt! The skirt can also be triggered by a gesture or simply by typing '/95 woosh' and '/95 stop' in main chat. Two skirt versions are included with each color, each animates your avatar in a different pose.

All Eyes on Me

Need something extravagant for New Years? I felt inspired by a recreation of Goldfrapp's Supernature album cover I did for kicks and ended up with this. *ICING* All Eyes on Me is a sumptuous gown of sapphire and emerald silk, with a painted peacock on the bodice and an oh so dramatic prim tail trailing off one side of the skirt. A bright bit of flexi prim plumage at the shoulder finishes the look. This outfit can be worn in two ways: as a pencil skirt with the feathers worn off one hip, or as a tea length prim skirt (versions for slim and curvy avatars included.)

New Release: Glam Stole

Here's a bit of sumptuous luxury for the holidays. The *ICING* Glam Stole is a soft white fur wrap in two versions: one that can be worn slung low and across the elbows or another that is thrown elegantly over one shoulder. The stoles have an embedded AO that allow your avatar to wear the various pieces naturally while standing, walking, sitting and flying. Best of all, it's modifiable, so you can customize the poses and tint it any color you wish for maximum versatility.

Now the disclaimers: For best results, you should turn off or remove any other AOs as they may interfere with the look of the stole. Dancing in the stoles may cause your avatar to appear as if it is being attacked by 3 rabid albino raccoons.

Sequined Starlet

I've gotten some requests for some party dresses for the upcoming holidays, and I felt like doing something a little different. The Sequined Starlet is a modern interpretation of a flapper dress. A sequined spaghetti strap sheath is embellished with a dramatic flair of feathers at the hemline and comes complete with a coordinating coque feather fascinator. Available in Sapphire, Ruby, Amethyst and Onyx.

Divine Miss Dita

This week *ICING* presents the Divine Miss Dita, a bright fuchsia knee-length crepe dress with black satin contrast trim, prim lace flexi ruffle and a detailed black satin and lace rose corsage. Inspired and named after the exquisite Ms. Von Teese and a gown she wore to a lingerie event last year that I found absolutely droolworthy.

At long last, freebie time!

Secondly I've freshened up some of my older and retired items with new textures and cleaned up prims, and they're on the new *ICING* sale rack in Mischief Cove for $L99 each. The Chanterelle is making a comeback this week. A red halter is paired with a tiered cotton skirt adorned with mushrooms.

Garden Party Redux is strapless floral dress printed with sprays of fresh multicolored blooms, finished with a cream jacquard waistband.

Lastly, Summer Cruise Redux is a simple black halter with prim bow with a vibrant peacock skirt with kicky pleats and eyelet detailing.

Temptation

Fresh off the runway of MAD Agency's Punch Drunk and *ICING* show comes the Temptation gown. This deep ruby satin dress has a gathered asymmetrical bodice with a sweetheart neckline and jeweled applique detailing at the waist. A full ballgown skirt flares out from the cinched waist. For less formal affairs, a cocktail length skirt is included.

Events today

A couple of fun events today that *ICING* is taking part in:



First up is the Salina Beach's 60s Surf N’ Snaps party and photo contest which runs from noon to 2pm. Pop on by to see *ICING*'s newest satellite location, dance to some tunes, and take pictures in this lovely sim. Winning entries earn lindens, gift certificates and clothing!




At 3pm MAD Agency presents a joint show featuring the designs of the delightful Iris Seale of Punch Drunk and *ICING* at the Kmadd Enterprise sim. Iris will be launching an entirely new line and her new flagship store at Mischief Cove today, and I'll be debuting a new gown.
